Where is the app?
Art4 lives in the macOS menu bar. Look for the picture-frame icon, then choose Open Gallery.
A wallpaper did not download
Check your internet connection and try the artwork again. Art4 needs network access the first time it displays or applies an image.
A different Space kept its old wallpaper
Art4 uses the public macOS wallpaper API for the current Space and each connected display. Switch to the other Space and apply the wallpaper there as well.
